A Table Showing How LED Lights Are Used Indoors In Civil Buildings

- Jul 20, 2018-

LED is more and more popular in indoor applications, more and more places to use.

Table 1 shows the requirements for indoor LED application in civil buildings.

Table 1 application requirements of LED lamps in civil buildings

Table in the narrow light distribution and light distribution, wide distribution of light is the size of the beam Angle of lamps and lanterns to, based on the architectural lighting terminology standard JGJ/T 119, beam Angle is in a given plane, expressed as a polar light intensity curve of the Angle between two between the radius vector, the radius vector of the light intensity is usually 10% or 50% of the maximum intensity.

The international lighting commission (CIE) USES a 50 per cent maximum intensity Angle as the beam Angle, while the north American lighting engineering association (IES) USES a 10 per cent maximum intensity Angle.

The definition of CIE is adopted in our standard.

Beam Angle is less than 80 ° direct type lamps and lanterns of narrow light distribution, the beam Angle is greater than 120 ° for wide light distribution, the beam Angle in 80 ° ~ 120 ° for light distribution.

See figure 1.

The classification of illuminators in the table is shown in table 2.

The outdoor lighting court in the table refers to the outdoor lighting basketball court, tennis court, football field and other places without stands, and the projection distance of lighting lamps on the field is significantly smaller than that of the stadium with stands.

High ceiling lamp is a kind of lamps and lanterns that take LED as light source, use for indoor tall space general illumination.
