Moreover, once the golden halide lamp is extinguished, it needs to be cooled for several minutes or even dozens of minutes before it can be turned on again, which greatly affects the efficiency of the light-induced operation.

Some fish, such as autumn swordfish in fishing, need to adjust the lighting, several instant start and extinguish, to achieve the effect of attracting fish and improving net production.

After the golden halide lamp goes out, the drawback of lighting the lamp again is to wait for its lamp body to cool sufficiently, which seriously hinders the trap of autumn knife fish.


On the other hand, because the metal halide lamp is a kind of full-spectrum light source, besides visible light, there are also a lot of components of ultraviolet ray and infrared ray.

Uv and infrared rays do not induce fish, but can cause harm to the human body, working in the light for a long time will burn the skin and eyes, easy to induce skin cancer and cataracts.

With the increase of the power of the metal halide lamp, the degree of this injury also increases greatly.


It can be seen that the search for a new alternative light source of fishing lights has become a necessity for fishery development.

In this case, the energy-saving nature of LED makes it stand out in the market of fish lamps.

As the fourth-generation lighting lamp, LED lamp, compared with the traditional metal halide lamp, has the characteristics of energy-saving, environmental protection, high efficiency and controllable light color, which can greatly reduce the consumption of fuel and improve economic benefits while ensuring the production, and also plays a certain role in reducing the light damage to the crew.


It is reported that as a light source for fishing boats, high-power LED lamps have been widely studied in Japan and other countries. In recent years, domestic research and experiments have been carried out in this field, and breakthroughs have been made.

From the current trial, the fuel consumption is only one third of that of traditional fishing boats, but the fishing rate is better than that of traditional fishing boats.


Adjust the light, high power into the key


At present, in the research and development of LED fishing lights, Japan and other countries have already been ahead of us. To open this market, we need to make our own features.

Starting from spectral regulation and combining with the habits of various fishes, we find out the "favorite" spectrum of fishes.


The production practice shows that the primary factor influencing the effect of light attracting fish is the light source, which includes the intensity of light source, the color of light source, the configuration of lamps and lanterns and so on.

For example, under the condition of dark adaptation, adult fish have the highest phototaxis to blue and green light and the lowest phototaxis to red light.

Under the conditions of dark adaptation and light adaptation, mackerel mackerel had the maximum phototaxis for ultraviolet and red light.

LED color rich, bright, can have a variety of color selection and lighting.
