Yesterday (March 28), Lumileds announced the appointment of Jonathan Rich as CEO.
He previously served as chairman and CEO of Berry Global, Inc., a specialty materials and consumer products packaging company, from 2010 to 2018.
Prior to assuming the role of chairman and CEO at Berry Global inc. he was President and CEO at Momentive inc. in the United States.
Prior to that, he served with Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, first as President of its global chemicals business and then as President of Goodyear's north American Tire division.
He also started at general electric, first as a research scientist at GE's global research institute and then in a series of management positions at GE plastics.

Mark Adams is stepping down as CEO and board member but will remain an adviser to the company.
