On February 28, Arkansas Lighting, a family business in Arkansas, USA, reportedly announced the acquisition of Prima Lighting, a lighting company based in southern California, which took effect on March 1. The acquisition will significantly expand Arkansas Lighting's product portfolio and customer base.
