The State Promulgates Four Relevant Standards For Lighting Industry, Including Vehicle And Road Lighting, Etc.

On April 4, 2019, the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration and the National Standardization Administration Committee approved and issued 21 national standards, including 4 related standards for lighting industry.


GB 5920 specifies the technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules for the light distribution performance of front lamp, rear lamp, indicator lamp and brake lamp for automobiles and trailers.


GB 23255 specifies the technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules for the light distribution performance of daytime driving lamps for motor vehicles. It is suitable for various types of daytime driving lights used in L, M and N types of vehicles.


GB 30255 specifies the energy efficiency grade, energy efficiency limit value and test method of LED tube lamp, directional integrated LED lamp and non-directional self-ballasting LED lamp for indoor lighting.


GB 37478 specifies the energy efficiency limits, energy efficiency grades and test methods of LED lamps for road and tunnel lighting. It is suitable for road and tunnel lighting with rated voltage of AC 220 V and frequency of 50 Hz (including LED light source and its control device, excluding interconnected control units which can be installed independently or other functional accessories unrelated to lighting).
